CONTRACTS
Experience in various types of contracts
Our consultants have successfully provided contract management services in various standard types of contracts (FIDIC contracts, World Bank MDB contracts, etc.) as well as bespoke contracts. We have the experience and in-depth knowledge to analyse contracts, identify risks and protect our clients' rights under the contracts and the governing laws thereof.
CLAIMS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Expert Guidance and Support
We are experienced in every phase of multi-tier dispute resolution proceedings aiming to maximise outcome by avoiding unnecessary costs and attaining early settlement of disputes. We are experienced in preparing and defending detailed claims, in amicable settlement negotiations with Engineers and Employers, in adjudication (one or three-member DAB panels), arbitration (with one or three-member tribunals in international and domestic arbitrations) and litigation proceedings. We have successfully participated in several international arbitrations (ICC), dispute resolution proceedings in front of Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) and amicable settlements.
