This page (together with the Privacy Policy) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website under the domain https://www.promas.gr (the “Site”). Your access to, and use of, the Site is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Site. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please refrain from using our Site.

The Site is operated by PROMAS S.A., a company incorporated in Greece (General Electronic Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) Number 4600901000, with a registered seat at 64 Kifisias Ave., 15125 Marousi, Athens, Greece (“We”).

All references to ‘our’, ‘us’, or ‘we’, in these Terms of Use are deemed to refer to PROMAS S.A. “you" means you as an individual user of the Site.​

Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
